My family had an awesome stay at Fuward Hotel. We will definitely stay there again the next time.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and it's near to many good food and attractions. Breakfast is really delicious. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Family room has no windows. It would be great if the self service laundry is 24 hours.

Very Good

The staffs are friendly and helpful. We booked the shuttle transfer from hotel to Tainan train station but we are early so they help us to book a taxi instead. The breakfast is delicious and tasty. There are local seasonal food and the varieties are different everyday. We have a great stay.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Not one but almost every body. Furthermore the breakfast was great. Lots of space for eating and lots of choices for good food. Room was comfortable

Almost nothing to complain. The only minor detail was the cleaning of the room one time. Maybe because it was already late in the afternoon

Beautiful hotel with big room and great breakfast

- Great hotel in front of Hayashi Department Store (10min walk to Fort Provintia and 20min walk to TRA train station) - Big comfortable room with AC, fridge, kettle + tea/coffee and fruit basket, water pitcher (water dispenser in the hallway), Japanese-style toilet, - Very good breakfast with lots of Asian and Western choices + fruits and cakes; you can also make your own flavoured coffee (breakfast open from 6:30 to 10am) - Very professional and English-speaking staff - Direct bus to Anping District in front of hotel (bus #19)

- Check-out time a bit early in my opinion (11am)

We have stayed in 8 hotels in this trip, this is by far thes best experience we have.

This is a four-star hotel with 3-star pricing. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, and always greet you with a smile. It is located opposite the famous Lin Emporium, a department store built in the Japanese occupation period. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties of both Chinese and American items.

We like everything about this hotel.

Not exceptional, but would stay again

Excellent location, bed is comfy, everything is clean. I thought the bathroom was nice.

Came to the hotel an hour before the official check in time, and we were told we couldn’t check in yet although the room was ready... really strange and inflexible. The breakfast is really not great at all, I didn’t even bother waking up for it the second day of my stay. It can be a bit noisy

Overall nice stay but had asked for a well lit room and received a very poorly lit room.

The breakfast buffet was really nice.

The lighting in the room was not good at all. We had to use a flashlight just to see how to adjust the temp on the AC.

1. Location - the hotel situated nearby many heritages/site seeing locations within comfortable walking distance (10-20 minutes) 2. Hotel staffs - polite, curtesy, and helpful 3. Breakfast - the buffet style meal is well prepared with good selection/mix of Taiwanese and Western dishes, a great start for the day especially for business travelers
